Germany - klitzekleine Riesen, riesengroße Zwerge (tiny giants, huge dwarves)

This song gives you another glimpse of our life at Freie Schule Kassel. Recorded during the Easter holidays with a handful of children who chose to be part of the project, their video displays part of the three age group names which form our school community of pupils: trolls, imps and dwarfs.

As luck would have it, our local musician Bernd Meyerholz wrote a song about some of these fantasy creatures many, many years ago.  He allowed us to use it and tolerated slight adjustments to the lyrics.

Enjoy watching our entry! :-)

  6. A song with a very catchy melody, as if familiar to those who hear it. The children are charming and hardworking, it is not easy to arrive at an empty school and all the children are on vacation. These are magical dwarves who are persistent, determined and very brave. You climbed the tree nicely. Take care ! Meirav, Israel
